The Klingon Slow Barge.
-----------------------------------------------
The Klingon Slow Barge is a commercial vessel designed to move produce, supplies and raw materials around the Empire. As the name implies, this particular vessel is not known for its speed wether at on Impulse or at Warp. Fully laiden sublight speed is around 1/3 Impulse due to the Nachelles limited abilty to reduce the ship's apparent mass with a subspace field.

With no pods the barge achieve Warp 3 (27c), Warp 2.5 (15c) with one pod attached and Warp 2 (8c) with two pods attached.

Because of these limitations, Slow barges are generally found on short haul runs between neighbouring close proximity star systems, seperated by only a few lightyears.

Also operated by some Lyran clans for similar commercial purposes.

As with other races, barges tend to be operated by owner captains.

Steps to install
----------------

1.  Open your SFCSPC13.TXT file with NOTEPAD.
2.  Pick any Klingon ship in the Klingon listing and copy that line twice.
3.  Pick in the place in the Klingon Freighters list where you want the ships to exist.
4.  Paste the copied ships line here.
5.  Change the copied ships line's name to K-SBRG and for four K-SBRG & Pod variations.
6.  Save and exit NOTEPAD.
7.  Open SHIP EDIT for SFC 1 and load the SFCSPC13.TXT file.
8.  Scroll down the Klingon ship types until you find the K-SBRG and also the four K-SBRG & Pod variants.
9.  Go to the COMMENTS section and import the K-SBRG and four K-SBRG & Pod variants SPEC FILES from the Slow Barge model folder.
10. Check that the entry points to the correct folders for the KCT in your own computer's directory system, as mine is probally different.
11. Save and exit SHIP EDIT.
12. Start up SFC 1 and enjoy. 
   
NOTE: You must have at least one stock SFC game ship in human player squadrons to use this ship in multiplayer games. However, AI player squadrons are not bound by this restiction/problem and can have all three ships as K-SBRG if desired. 

This ship has been put under the Klingon F for Freighters part of the SFBSPC13.TXT, so that it can be called up for use in scripts using the FMSE (Fleet Model Script Editor) software add on by Eagle Eye Software. If you want to actually be able to select this ship, in normal SFC select ships, you will have to move it into the FF, CL, CA or DN part of the listing.
